Making and creating

From as far back as I can remember I was always making and creating things!

Trying to turn anything I could put my hands on into something! Many times I raided my Dads garage for cardboard boxes , slightly raging if I seen my sister for there first to get the first choice!

Of course , as things go as your grow up sometimes you can loose the things you once loved as a child! 

I still created , but more so for other people. Drawing and sketching images for others is amazing! Being able to capture people’s loved ones and special memories is something I’ll always be grateful I have the opportunity to do! 

But .. there is something so freeing being able to creat something with no end goal , no reference and no one to please… just me and the art , making and creating.

I've loved bringing back this element into my life again, it’s like when I start to create , the world stops. 

Capturing this moments and sharing them for others, I realised so many people were on the same boat I once was , where they let life get in the way of them making!
